Allie is an international private consultant specialising in public affairs, content production and strategic communications.
Her experience ranges from advocacy, journalism, content creation, public & government relations, crisis communications and negotiation. However, her greatest strength is her ability to bridge the political and the popular, the American and the European, as well as between the digital divides.
A global citizen, Allie was raised in Canada, and has lived and worked worked around the world including the United States, the United Kingdom, the Czech Republic, Rwanda and Ireland before settling in Brussels.
Storytelling is at the heart of what she does. The daughter of a long-time Greenpeace campaigner, she saw first hand the importance of narrative and positive persuasion in the modern governance ecosystem.
Tenacious yet sincere, she is able to build relationships and think creatively to find solutions to solve problems and achieve goals.
Allie recently completed an MA in International Political Economy with International Economic Law at the University of Kent’s Brussels School of International Studies.
A dual Canadian-American citizen fluent in French, she has lived in Europe since 2012 and is familiar with media, cultural and political environments on both sides of the Atlantic. Her MA dissertation focused on the intersection between public governance, responsibility and innovation in the digital economy.
