Allie is a private consultant, public affairs strategist and digital content creator.

With over a decade of global media and communications experience across multiple sectors from journalism, public affairs, the creative industries and the labour movement, her greatest strength is her ability to bridge the political and the popular, the digital and the traditional, and across borders.

Storytelling is at the heart of what she does. The daughter of environmental and trade campaigners, she saw first hand the importance of narrative and positive persuasion in the public sphere.

A millennial ‘citizen of the world,’ Allie was mostly raised in Canada and has since worked in U.S., the U.K., the Czech Republic, Rwanda, Ireland and Belgium before returning to Canada during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Tenacious yet sincere, she is able to build relationships and think creatively to find solutions to solve problems and achieve goals.

She is currently inspired by mobile photo and video tools, constantly editing little segments and stories to share online and between friends.

Allie recently completed an MA in International Political Economy with International Economic Law at the University of Kent’s Brussels School of International Studies. She holds of Bachelor of Journalism from Canada’s prestigious Carlton University.

A dual Canadian-American citizen fluent in French, she spent nearly a decade working in Europe and is familiar with media, cultural and political environments on both sides of the Atlantic. Her MA dissertation focused on the intersection between public governance, responsibility and innovation in the digital economy.
